TeV observations of PKS 2005-489 and PKS 0548-322.

Abstract (from CDS):

Observations have been made using the University of Durham Mark 6 telescope of the nearby X-ray selected BL Lacs PKS 2005-489 and PKS 0548-322 which should be strong candidates as sources of TeV emission. We find no evidence for long-term emission of VHE gamma rays from these sources in extended measurements covering ∼2 years. We find 3 σ limits to the VHE gamma ray flux of 0.79x10–11cm–2.s–1 above 400 GeV for PKS 2005-489 and 2.4x10–11cm–2.s–1 above 300GeV for PKS 0548-322.
