Abstract (from CDS):

D. S. Wong, S. Park, and A. V. Filippenko, University of California, Berkeley, report that inspection of CCD spectra (range 330-1000 nm), obtained on May 28 UT with the Shane 3-m reflector at Lick Observatory, shows that SN 2006ch (cf. IAUC 8711) is a supernova of type Ia, very roughly 2 months past maximum brightness.
